To our Countryside Clients:
As we gradually reopen our doors to our clients, our highest priority is to be mindful of protecting the health of both our staff and our clients. Due to this concern, we have implemented a few policies to strive to keep everyone safe. Beginning June 5, we will start allowing clients to accompany their pets during their exam.  We will continue to have our doors to the hospital locked and request that you call our number (208)522-8010 when you arrive in our parking lot.

1. Surgery and dental check-ins and releases will remain curbside.
2. Medicine refills and food pick up will remain curbside.
   
3. Suture removals, drain removals, Proheart injections, nail trims, anal gland expression, laser therapy, and fluids being done with a technician will remain curbside.
4. Pets being dropped off and picked up for boarding will remain curbside.
5. For appointments with a doctor;             
   1. Clients will now have the option of being with their pet during the appointment. However, to prevent overcrowding in our hospital we will call you when an open room is available and escort you into the exam room.
   2. Face masks will be required and are not provided. Please provide your own masks as we have a limited supply.
   3. We request only one person be present with the pet during the examination.
   4. We will continue to offer curbside appointments for those individuals that would prefer not to come into our hospital or do not have a mask.
